The brief

What needed solving

Wall decor sells on texture and scale, and a catalogue grid of 40 thumbnails shows neither. Buyers — architects and homeowners alike — needed to see a surface in a room before they asked for a sample.

Approach

How it was built

(01)

Built the collection around large imagery with an explicit crop system: one texture-driven close-up, one in-situ shot per product.

(02)

Grouped products by finish and mood rather than by product code, which is how the category is actually specified.

(03)

Made sample requests the primary action, with the enquiry carrying the product references the visitor was looking at.

(04)

Kept animation to fades and slides driven by scroll position, so a heavy page stays a light page.

Outcome

What changed

Visitors arrive at an enquiry already knowing which finish they want, and the sales conversation starts at samples instead of at 'what do you have'.
